Salad with Pecans, Goat Cheese, and Cranberries
serves 2

4 cups baby greens
1/4 raw chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 heaping tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled
champagne vinegar
olive oil

Here's an old fashioned, but easy way to keep your salad extra healthy.  Instead of making a vinaigrette, just drizzle vinegar and olive oil.
